PLEASE HELP US FIND FLOYD
PLEASE HELP US FIND FLOYD
FLOYD HAS BEEN STOLEN AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!
August 16th at approx. 1pm a man asked to take Floyd for a walk, he identified himself as Brad and left what he said was his car keys, then left with Floyd. The keys turned out to be a ruse and the man never returned. The man that took Floyd from the shelter was approx. 5’11, bleach blonde hair, athletic build and in his early to mid twenties. Floyd is a Pitbull cross he is all black with a white chest and white toes on his right back foot. If you have any information on this crime can you please contact the RCMP immediately.
Floyd is a sweet and loving dog; he has lots of energy and loves to play! Floyd was to be adopted this week to a loving family and we are all eager for his safe return.

After a long struggle with slipped disks in her back, chronic bladder infections, and various other health concerns, we said goodbye to our friend Gracie the Pug (Miss Grace, Gracie Lou, and various other nicknames). Gracie was found as a stray 10 months ago, she had a slipped disk in her back causing her to be partially paralyzed. The staff here at the FMSPCA was dedicated in giving Gracie the best quality of life she could possibly have; unfortunately she stopped responding to her medication. Gracie was happiest wheeling up and down the halls in her wheelchair after her daily baths and being the centre of attention among any crowd. Gracie attended every SPCA function during her stay, from the 2010 Furball at the Sawridge to a staff baby shower, Gracie was always welcomed.

We will forever miss Gracie’s amazing zest for life and the love she showed us all. She will never be forgotten! RIP Miss Grace.

Do you love animals and want to help???  Sponsor a Kennel

This program has been designed to give you a way to help the hundreds of homeless animals that we care for each year, without a large commitment of time or money.  When you Sponsor-A-Kennel, a sign will be placed on the kennel of your choice with acknowledgment of your donation.  You will also receive a thank you card in the mail from the SPCA.  If this is a gift for someone we will send a thank you card to that person in your name.

This is a great gift idea for the animal lover who has everything.  It is also a very nice way to honor a pet, friend, or family member.

Please see our donation page for more information and to download the form.

You don't have to take them all home to help make a difference. Sponsor a Kennel today!!!
